The Purpose of every Body Harmony Encounter is to improve the Quality of your Life.

Body Harmony is a hands on healing technique that is based on the knowledge that our Body has all the answers. With the support and facilitation of the therapist, we can heal ourselves.

With a listening touch, the therapist follows the light subtle movement that takes place in the Body. A trust is built by the therapist by listening and honouring the Body and it’s histology. When the body feels listened to and honered at such a deep level it will automatically open up and begin its own healing process, liberating Body Mind and Spirit.

Is my right shoulder shorter or longer than my left shoulder? is it leaning more to the front or the back? here we are helping people to listen and be aware of their bodies. Many people are not aware of how they hold themselves and for every tightness we believe is an experience that we have locked into the histology of the physical. This explains why people get shorter as they get older, however it does not have to be that way. Through Body Harmony you can access many techniques to reading your own body lengthening your tissue and releaseing negative memories. A Body Harmony consultant will support you along the way with hands on treatment and facilitating yor awareness journey.
